You can now stream 1440p and 120 FPS video games on GeForce Now through a browser

NVIDIA today rolled out a new update for GeForce Now subscribers to enjoy. The new update offers a buffed streaming quality to a maximum of 1440p resolution at 120 fps though this only applies to those who subscribed to the RTX 3080 tier.

RTX 3080 members can now stream their favorite titles on the cloud to the highest quality possible, directly from a Chrome or a Microsoft Edge window by heading to the GeForce Now settings on play.geforcenow.com and selecting their preferred resolution and frame rate.

Take note that the newly added resolution and frame rate consumes as big as 19GB per hour, so better prepare a decent connection before switching to the newly added settings.

Albeit, the GeForce Now app on Windows and Mac provides a more detailed high-quality experience as the native app offers up to 4K resolution with 120 fps streaming so be sure to check that out as well.
