Vivo Y15s arrives in the Philippines

Vivo recently announced the arrival of its latest entry-level handset in the country — the Y15s.

For a quick recap, the Vivo Y15s features a 6.51-inch HD+ Halo FullView display, an 8MP selfie shooter, along with a 13MP AI primary and 2MP (super macro) depth sensors for the rear dual camera setup.

It’s powered with an old-fashioned MediaTek Helio P35 chip, paired with the usual 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM memory configuration. Surprisingly, it also comes with a RAM expansion feature which allows you to boost your device by borrowing 1GB from your internal storage, although it runs on Android 11 (Go Edition).

Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery, with support for the 10W fast charging tech. Other than that, there’s also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor that adds another layer of security, as well as 4G LTE connectivity, up to 1TB microSD card support, Multi-Turbo 3.0, and more.

The Vivo Y15s is now available at physical stores and it sells out for PHP 6,999. It’s available in two colorways: Wave Green and Mystic Blue.
