APEX Legends Mobile will have a soft launch in 10 countries, including the Philippines!

APEX Legends is a popular PC and console game made in the style of Overwatch. If you’re familiar with Valorant, then you may be familiar with the style APEX has.

Electronic Arts has announced that a mobile port of the game would launch in 10 countries, including the Philippines. The other nine include Argentina, Australia, Colombia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, and Singapore.

It will be available for both Android and iOS devices. Below are the requirements. The game won’t have support for cross-platform and it will be considered a stand-alone title.

ANDROID:

  • Android 8.1
  • Open GL 3.0 or higher
  • 3 GB free space
  • At least 3 GB RAM
  • Screens size: N/L/XL (approx. 5.5in. minimum)

iOS

  • iPhone 6S or later
  • OS version: 10.0 or later
  • CPU: A9
  • 3 GB free space
  • At least 2GB RAM

Currently, the game is in-development and the company has said that the game is not guaranteed to be optimized. The game can, however, run on the following smartphone brands with phones with 2GB RAM and lower.

  • Huawei
  • Motorola
  • Samsung
  • Lenovo
  • Xiaomi
