HMD Global has brought another ultra-budget phone to the table, in addition to the C lineup.
The Nokia C1 2nd Edition is a 5.45-inch small phone. It features an HD display in a bezel-less, 18:9+ aspect ratio, and it has a resolution of 720×1440. Inside is a UNISOC SC7731e processor, and a 2,500mAh battery with 5W charging.
It’s built around a polycarbonate body and it runs on Android 11 (Go Edition), with security patches for up to 2 years. It packs 16GB of onboard storage and has 1GB of RAM. Other than that, everything else is similar to the recently launched Nokia C01 Plus.
On the front is a 5MP selfie shooter and an LED flash. It equips the same megapixel count and also an LED flash at the back, alongside the speaker grill attached in the lower-left corner.
The Nokia C1 2nd Edition will be available in the UAE starting August 2021 and it is priced at AED 239 (~roughly PHP3.2K). Check the local availability to see if it’s available in your region.
