Recently in a Facebook post, PUBG MOBILE Esports announced their partnership with the Chinese phone maker OnePlus for the tournament, (and yes it’s now official!) Along with the announcement, they also will be giving away a total of three OnePlus 9s to three lucky winners.

It’s not surprising why OnePlus got picked as the official partner of the game. The latest series of smartphones from the Chinese brand boasts superb specs along with ultra-smooth frame rates and high touch sampling rate which is exquisite for your everyday gaming, and of course, for the action-packed battle royal game PUBG.

To recap, the OnePlus 9 is built around a 6.55-inch FHD LTPO display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ in an AMOLED panel and 2400 x 1080 resolution. The display comes with Fluid Display 2.0 that gives the user a managed battery consumption along with a responsive touch control by HyperTouch that lessens touch latency when it comes to gaming.

OnePlus 9 Pro, on the other hand, features a more upgraded screen of a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display in 3216 x 1440 resolution, with support for both HDR10+ and 120Hz refresh rate.

A Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G SoC is powering both devices with Adreno 660 GPU. Both devices have two memory configurations to choose from, it will be either 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage or if that’s not enough for you, there’s a 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage variant available.

Both devices carry a 4,500mAh battery with 65W WarpCharge charging technology, and both devices also feature a Cool Play you never even heard of. (There’s a lot of similarities here.)

Camera-wise, the OnePlus 9 features a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP f/1.8 Sony IMX689 sensor with OIS, 7P lens, 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP monochrome sensor system. While there’s a 48MP f/1.8 Sony IMX789 quad-camera setup for the Pro version with a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, 2MP monochrome sensor system, and an 8MP telephoto sensor combination.

So what are the mechanics? The mechanics are very simple. You just have to follow their Facebook page and comment #OnePlusPUBGM on the post above.
