Globe Streamwatch 2-in-1 Entertainment box announced

Globe has announced an Android TV-powered entertainment box, called the new Streamwatch 2-in-1 Entertainment Box. It brings a smart Android TV experience to your regular TV. Additionally, the box also gives you access to tons of services such as the Google Play Store to install apps, while YouTube, HBO GO, Viu, and more to stream TV films or shows.

The TV box also has a Chromecast built-in, which allows you to remotely mirror your device through the TV. Mirroring usually refers to cloning your device’s screen into your TV, it’s like moving to a bigger picture. The feature is commonly used when watching videos, playing games, and more.

On top of that, the Streamwatch also covers free-to-air local TV channels, which grants you access to ABS-CBN on A2Z, Knowledge Channel, GMA, and TV5. Other than that, there’s also a Google Voice Assistant feature that gives you a hands-free experience when you search for something you have in mind.

The Globa Streamwatch 2-in-1 Entertainment Box is exclusively available to Globe At Home subscribers through a PHP 149/month plan while there’s a one-time payment of PHP 3,599. Additionally, you also get access to HBO GO, Viu, WeTV, and iQIYI for 3 months plus additional 1-year access to discovery+ and free device delivery. Click here for more info.
