Previously, Google has been giving us teasers last month that the upcoming Pixel 6 series will sport Google’s own silicon — the custom-made Tensor chip, along with official renders that confirms the appearance of the device. Today, Google shares once again a Pixel 6 teaser video via the Made By Google YouTube channel.
As seen in the introduction of the trailer, the Pixel 6 is being picked up from the table, giving us the best visual seen in the video. The trailer mainly focuses on the software aspect throughout the trailer, which is the Android 12 along with various UI elements we’ve seen on the Material You design.
The trailer also showcases the all-new Google Tensor chip and ends with an expected launch time of Fall 2021, which means the Pixel 6 series will be releasing this quarter. Undoubtedly, the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro are two of the most anticipated smartphones this year, as the series will feature Google’s own silicon. It’s finally time to see Google focus on the hardware side, and we can finally call it a Google phone, unlike the previous Pixel generations.
