Infinix HOT 11, HOT 11s announced

Infinix recently announced the arrival of its newest budget-friendly phones in India — the HOT 11 and 11s. The lineup highlights its Helio chips, up to 50MP cameras, and up to 90Hz FHD+ display.

Obviously, the HOT 11s is a more buffed version of HOT 11 so the HOT 11s takes most of the highlights as its spotlight. For starters, the HOT 11s comes with a 6.78-inch FHD+ display with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. To summarize, it has everything you wouldn’t see on the vanilla model, it’s the max model after all, whereas the HOT 11 only sports a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with no refresh rate.

Under the hood, the HOT 11s is powered by an 11nm octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 chip while the HOT 11 goes for a standard Helio G70 in which we’ve seen from its predecessor. Both handsets come in 4GB RAM, 64GB of onboard storage, and runs on Android 11 with XOS 7.6 on top.

For cameras, the HOT 11s sports a triple-camera setup that consists of 50MP primary, 2MP depth, AI cameras, and an LED flash whereas the HOT 11 only comes with a dual-camera setup, it has a 13MP main but is still equipped with an AI camera, in any case. Both devices come with an 8MP shooter on the front and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Furthermore, the HOT 11s carries a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging tech while the HOT 11 opts in for a larger 5,200mAh but with a downgraded 10W. The usual ups and downs, everyone has their own advantage and disadvantage.

The Infinix HOT 11s retails for ₹10,999 (~PHP 7.4K) and is slated to go on sale on September 21st while the original HOT 11 sells out for ₹8,999 (~PHP 6.1K).
