TCL recently released its entry-level budget device in Russia — the 20B. It comes with a Helio P22 chip and a 50MP camera.
The TCL 20B is built around an enormous 6.52-inch display. It has a resolution of 1600 x 720 and comes with a dewdrop notch cutout for the front-facing camera. Around the back, the phone features a glossy material along with a rectangular camera bump which is composed of a 50MP main and 2MP camera.
While the phone itself looks like it’s equipped with a triple camera setup, it’s not. The other circle is just a dummy. Other than that, you get an 8MP selfie shooter on the front.
The device is powered with a dated Helio P22 chip by MediaTek, paired with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. Keeping the lights on is a 4,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging tech. It runs on Android 11 out-of-the-box and comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock.
The TCL 20B retails for USD 183 (~roughly PHP 9.2K) and can be sold through AliExpress Russia. Local pricing and availability are yet to be revealed.
