Tecno has launched its big battery budget phone in Nigeria, the Pova Neo. It highlights its 6,000mAh battery and the old-fashioned Helio P22 chip.
The Tecno Pova Neo comes with an enormous 6.8-inch HD display with a 120Hz touch sampling rate — not to be confused with refresh rates. While the phone is equipped with a gigantic display, its boundary is enough to make way for the huge 6,000mAh battery, with support for USB-C 18W charging tech.
Batteries aside, the phone uses a dated Helio P22 chip, along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Other than that, you get to see a set of triple cameras around the back. While it may seem like it’s a trio, it’s actually just a duo, which consists of a 13MP main and 2MP for the depth. The third circle is just a dummy. On the front, you get an 8MP shooter.
The Tecno Pova Neo is now available in Nigeria and is priced at NGN72,500 (~roughly PHP 8.9K).
