Chinese phone maker OnePlus earlier today has revealed the launch date of its upcoming Ace Pro smartphone on their website, and it is set to debut on August 3 at 7PM (Beijing Time) in China. Albeit, it’s now open for pre-orders on the company website.
For those unaware, OnePlus has recently confirmed a release date for the 10T with the same date for the global market, however, it is three hours after its Chinese launch. While both models are having the same date, reports speculate that the OnePlus Ace Pro appears to be a rebranded 10T with a new name for its local consumers.
To recap, the Ace Pro is rumoured to come with a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset and is expected to utilize the LPDDR5X RAM. It will sport a 120Hz 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED panel, with an in-display fingerprint scanner, Android 12-based ColorOS 12.1 and 150W fast charging tech.
