The POCO M4 5G has been relaunched globally

Months after its Indian release, the POCO M4 5G finally makes its way to the global market. The global model retains almost everything found in the Indian one, except the cameras. It offers the Dimensity 700 chip, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 5,000mAh battery.

Same design, different cameras.

Originally released back in early May 2022, the POCO M4 5G sports an enormous 6.58-inch Full HD+ display in an IPS LCD panel. It has a 90Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop notch housing the 5MP selfie snapper. On the back is a 13MP main sensor sitting next to a 2MP depth unit.

Under the hood is the Dimensity 700 chip, aided by up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage with a microSD slot for further expansion and runs on MIUI 13 for POCO based on Android 12. Other than that, the phone packs a big 5,000mAh battery that charges at 18W through USB-C. Albeit, there’s a 22.5W adapter out of the box.

Pricing & Availability

The POCO M4 5G comes in Black, Blue, and Yellow colorways and retails for €219 (~roughly PHP 12.3K) for the base 4GB + 64GB trim, while the 6GB + 128GB one sells out for €249 (~roughly PHP 14K). According to GSMArena, prices vary per region, especially in Asia.
