Chinese phone maker vivo has unveiled a new pair of mid-range smartphones today in the market and they are the vivo V25 and V25 Pro. The two new phones feature Dimensity processors, with up to 64MP main cameras, and more!
A new mid-range duo from vivo.
vivo V25 Pro
For starters, the vivo V25 Pro sports an enormous 6.56-inch Full HD+ display in an AMOLED panel. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and comes equipped with a punch-hole cut-out for the 32MP front-facing camera. Around the back is a 64MP main with OIS alongside 8MP super-wide-angle and 2MP macro modules.
Powering the Pro model of the lineup is the Dimensity 1300 chip, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. It packs a 4,830mAh battery inside with 66W fast charging tech and runs on Android 12-based Funtouch OS 12.
The vivo V23 Pro comes in Black and Blue colors — the latter changes its appearance depending on the UV light and direct sunlight, thanks to its Fluorite AG Glass material.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, the vivo V25 obviously comes with toned-down features compared to the Pro model. It sports a smaller 6.44-inch Full HD+ display but retains the AMOLED panel, and has a 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. It has a waterdrop notch featuring the 50MP selfie snapper and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The back, however, still opts for a triple-camera setup. It consists of a 64MP primary camera with OIS, along with 8MP ultra-wide-angle and 2MP macro sensors.
Under the hood is a Dimensity 900 chip that is also coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Software-wise, the vanilla model also runs on Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 12. Other than that, it packs a 4,500mAh battery that charges at 44W.
Pricing & Availability
There’s no word yet regarding the pricing details of the vanilla vivo V25 but all that we know is that it comes in color-changing Sunrise Gold and Aquamarine Blue variants, while the Diamond Black stays itself. All three colors come in Fluorite AG Glass finish.
Albeit, the Pro model is now open for pre-orders starting today and is priced at INR 35,999 (~PHP 25.3K; US$ 453) for the 8GB + 128GB model while INR 39,999 (~PHP 28.1K; US$ 503) for the 12GB + 256GB one.
