The Pova 5 sports a 6.78-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch-sampling rate. It uses a punch-hole cut-out on the front for the 8MP front-facing camera while a 50MP main sensor is used on the back, accompanied by a depth sensor. In addition, it features a mecha-inspired appearance with futuristic metal patterns on the back, which the brand calls the "Turbo Mecha" design.

The Helio G99 chip is powering the device. The processor is backed by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage along with a 10,749mm2 heat dissipation area comprised of a vapor chamber and a graphene heat sink. It has a big 6,000mAh battery with 45W fast-charging tech and a 10W reverse-charging capability. Other notable features include a z-axis linear vibration motor and DTS-tuned dual speakers.
