HONOR 400 and 400 Pro launched in Malaysia

HONOR 400 and 400 Pro are two new releases from the smartphone maker.

MANILA, Philippines — Smartphone maker HONOR has released two new smartphones in Malaysia, namely the HONOR 400 and 400 Pro, in a social media post on Thursday, May 22, 2025 (via Revü Philippines). Both phones from the brand come with a 200MP camera, a paid "AI Image to Video" feature that converts images to animated video outputs, and an AMOLED display.

The HONOR 400 has a 6.55-inch display with a 2736 x 1264 resolution and an AMOLED panel. The display is backed by an IP66 certification for water and dust resistance.

It uses a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor with 12GB of RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of internal storage. It has a 6,000mAh battery that charges on 80W and runs on Android 15.

In terms of cameras, the HONOR 400 uses a dual-camera setup, consisting of a 200MP main, and a 12MP ultra-wide and macro sensor. On the front is a 50MP camera.

Meanwhile, the HONOR 400 Pro opts for a larger 6.7-inch display with a 2800 x 1280 resolution and the same IP66 certification for water and dust resistance.

Underneath the 400 Pro is a flagship-level Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with 12GB of RAM, 512GB of internal storage, and the same 6,000mAh battery with support for 100W charging.

For cameras, it has a triple-camera setup, consisting of a 200MP main, a 12MP ultra-wide and macro, and a 50MP sensor for telephoto. It also has a 50MP sensor for the front camera.

The HONOR 400 sports three colors: Desert Gold, Tidal Blue, Midnight Black, and is available in two storage configurations: 256GB and 512GB (both in 12GB RAM) — which are both priced at RM 1,899 (~PHP 24.7K; US $444) as of writing.

Meanwhile, the HONOR 400 Pro, available in Lunar Grey, Tidal Blue, and Midnight Black, is priced at RM 2,699 (~PHP 35.1K, US $631) for the 12GB + 512GB model.

Both phones are now open for pre-order in Malaysia through authorized HONOR channels.
