MANILA, Philippines — HONOR Philippines has officially launched its latest flagship foldable, Magic V5, along with MagicPad 3, in the country at an event on Friday, September 5, 2025. 

The event marks the brand’s breakthrough in the foldable landscape, with the HONOR Magic V5 weighing only 217 grams with a thickness of 8.8 millimeters (vs. 9.2 millimeters from the Magic V3), which adds up to the other remarkable achievements that were previously revealed in the preview event that took place a week before the launch.

Positioning itself with the 'fold, unfold, repeat' mantra, the HONOR Magic V5 asserts its dominance in the foldable scene, having done noteworthy features in a flexible slate. It uses the top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8 Elite processor in a 3nm process and has two enormous OLED displays: 7.95-inch (main) and 6.43-inch (cover).
